Selection process
Selection criteria are based on stage of development, scaling potential, and strategic fit.

Expression of interest
Quick and easy: you provide us with the key details about your team, product, market and growth targets. We’ll assess whether there’s a basic fit.

Interview & Scouting
In a structured (digital) conversation we jointly analyze your current stage of development, strategic potential, and key challenges. The goal is a well-founded assessment of fit – both in terms of content and your scaling ambitions.
Following this, you will receive clear feedback on the next steps.

Strategic Deep-Dive
If the initial assessment is a match, a more detailed questionnaire follows. The questions are not just for selection purposes – they form the basis for your individual scaling path. We look at market logic, team structure, KPIs, and strategic priorities.

Decision & Admission
Based on the materials and conversations, we make a decision.
Once accepted, we start with onboarding and develop your individual programme path.
We typically accompany you for about 12 months – at your pace, according to your priorities. No fixed appointments, no mandatory formats.
